1: Send me an email with details of what you’re looking for. We can talk about your ideas and I’ll give you a personalised quote. As soon as you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll email you an order form.
2: Fill in the order form with your wording, colour choices and any other details to be included in the design. Send it back to me as soon as you’re done.
3: I’ll send you an invoice for 50% of your order, along with the Terms and Conditions of your order.
4: Once payment has been received, I’ll begin designing your items. This usually takes 2-3 working days. Digital proof copies of every item will be emailed to you for approval, and you can make as many changes as you like before printing.
5: When you’re completely happy with the designs, the remaining balance will be due. Your items will be printed as soon as payment is received and finished by hand to the highest standard. Timescales will vary depending on the amount of embellishment, but the majority of orders will be shipped within 4 weeks of ordering.
